Monday has rolled around again. Getting so much done and so much still to do. Busy life on this health journey.
Well, I have the video giving an update on things. I also want to announce something special, but I will wait for next Monday after thinking it over. I’m excited to share.

I went on that big walk yesterday and then decided to fast as I just didn’t feel like eating. I will likely being doing at least one more fast before final weigh in for the 4th to give myself the best chance at losing the full 4%.
Today I stepped on the scale though and down another pound!

That puts me at 305.8lbs This is the lightest I’ve been in years. It’s just such a fabulous feeling to see how everything is still working for me as I am half way through the third month of this journey.
On other news, we did get the air layer pods on the two trees yesterday. We should see if those have taken in a couple months.
Today my primary focus is working on the thigh guard and then I have a meeting this evening. I should cook as well.
I went on a walk today. I decided to walk with my guy to the comic book shop he walks to weekly. I doubted I’d handle it fully, but I overcame those doubts and pushed through. I did need two rests, BUT, I didn’t take the first brief rest until at 1.18 miles had been completed.
The total walk was around 2.36 miles. I sadly can’t show you on the polar as I didn’t realize the battery was as low as it was. It recorded the first half of the walk and then the gps and heart rate went out from lack of battery. So I just doubled the distance of the walk to the shop to get that accurate number. The polar says I walked 2.86 miles but I know that’s wrong so will not count it.
After the massive sweating on the walk I finally was able to post a weight loss. I am now at 306.8lbs.
I need to lose 5lbs to win the 4th of July challenge. I have 13 days to do that. It will be interesting to see what number I end up with.
I will be working on the newest prototype tomorrow. I have new band material to see if that works better in some ways.
This evening I will be doing some air layering on the peach and hazelnut trees. Hoping I can get a few clones.

Stayed under calories all but 1 day
Have gotten to a higher plane spirtually
Have gotten a front fence installed
Have invented a product and am on the 5th prototype
Have surpassed 100 blog posts, 100 followers and over 60 posts in a row
Increased my water intake by 100+%
Invested in all aspects of my journey to better health
There’s more but that’s enough for now.
If I can make these changes, you can. 80 days is less than 3 months, less than a quarter of a year. This is but the beginning of my journey, but what a beginning.
