Missing but not Gone

Hi all,

Sometimes I swear I just need an alarm to remind me about everything. I get distracted far too easy. I missed posting yesterday 😦 125+ days in a row though, I’m proud of getting that far without a blunder.

As of 9/27/21

I am hopefully back on track with the Total Gym this morning. 23 minutes and 20 pull-ups down. Burned less calories than I like, but I didn’t push enough.

I may also get a walk after work- shall see if weather holds.

The scale is stubbornly hanging onto the water weight so I may fast today. Shall see.
