Woo What a Day

Hi all,

My day was a day of tech issues and new equipment. I went over calories yesterday for the 2nd time in 4 months. Today back under as normal.

My guy is much better which is wonderful.

Spaghetti squash is better fresh cooked than reheated.

I hope my quail start laying again soon. They’re freeloading currently haha!

I am likely going to walk on Thursday due to the chaos in my room currently. We shall see.
